What inspired me...

was that ornament is a series of MTA (Metropolitan Transit Authority) New York City Christmas ornaments that were exclusively commissioned by Tannnenbaum Treasures.

I don't mean to gush about this but I ride the subway almost every day so when I found these ornaments I could not help but snatch them up for my unique gifts collection. They are hand crafted in a matte shine with the number and color of logo exactly like our favorite train lines. These ornaments are MTA officially licensed so the authenticity is guaranteed.

What made me pick Tannenbaum Treasures?

Well personally I don't think they are the most spectacular Christmas ornaments I've ever seen. But they are different and that's what I like about them. If I were to think about truly spectacular looking ornaments I would think of something overly sparkly like crystal Christmas ornaments but having all the ornaments on the tree that way will not look right.

And it would take away from the home like feeling of the Christmas tree. You know spectacular isn’t the key to great Christmas ornaments.
