What inspired me...

to pick this ornament was it was fully colored over (no signs of white) with green for the leaves, red for the petals and orange yellow for the center. This ornament is completely covered in color of which I appreciate because it goes well with the color of a traditional Christmas tree and other Christmas themed decor of like colors.


This ornament works also with contrasting colors like white or lighter like colors. The luster of the sheen of the ornament makes this fully saturated colored ornament standout. I was looking for unique too and this poinsettia ornament fits well with my glass ornaments collection for Geri's Specialty Gifts. And is a fine example of handmade European glass ornaments that will be cherished for years to come.

What made me pick Tannenbaum Treasures?

Well personally I don't think they are the most spectacular Christmas ornaments I've ever seen. But they are different and that's what I like about them. If I were to think about truly spectacular looking ornaments I would think of something overly sparkly like crystal Christmas ornaments but having all the ornaments on the tree that way will not look right.

And it would take away from the home like feeling of the Christmas tree. You know spectacular isn’t the key to great Christmas ornaments.
