What inspired me...

to pick this finial was it was something I like that remind me of royalty. The ornaments had a regal appearance which appealed to me in what I would think of as traditional Christmas ornaments. I was looking of unique too and it is unique in that it fit well with the other European glass ornaments I picked for Geri's Specialty Gifts. It's an added touch that I think make the decorating experience worth while.

I always like the combination colors of red and gold, or anything with gold in it, yellow is my favorite color. The matte finish of red gives it a mild translucence that give a kind of opulence that's magical. This red gold finial is a fine example of handmade European glass ornaments that will be cherished for years to come.

What made me pick Tannenbaum Treasures?

Well personally I don't think they are the most spectacular Christmas ornaments I've ever seen. But they are different and that's what I like about them. If I were to think about truly spectacular looking ornaments I would think of something overly sparkly like crystal Christmas ornaments but having all the ornaments on the tree that way will not look right.

And it would take away from the home like feeling of the Christmas tree. You know spectacular isn’t the key to great Christmas ornaments.
