What inspired me...

to pick theses ornaments was the episode of a Food Network T.V. Where it showcased a candy factory making ribbon candy. I thought it was so fun a decorative ornament, so delightful and fun, I wanted to give an opportunity for everyone to put these on their tree. Think of it, Ribbon Candy has been made for over a hundred years & it's still admired not just for the taste but the vibrant colors combinations these candies produce.

I was looking for unique too and this ribbon candy ornament fit well with the other European glass ornaments I picked for Geri's Specialty Gifts. And is a fine example of handmade European glass ornaments that will be cherished for years to come.

What made me pick Tannenbaum Treasures?

Well personally I don't think they are the most spectacular Christmas ornaments I've ever seen. But they are different and that's what I like about them. If I were to think about truly spectacular looking ornaments I would think of something overly sparkly like crystal Christmas ornaments but having all the ornaments on the tree that way will not look right.

And it would take away from the home like feeling of the Christmas tree. You know spectacular isn’t the key to great Christmas ornaments. The key to Christmas ornaments and the reason why I use Tannebaum treasures is because their ornaments are timeless.
